A new expression of coastal luxury on Palm Beach’s northern shoreline


Situated on absolute beachfront at 440 The Esplanade, Solmare is an intimate collection of refined half-floor and full-floor residences setting a new benchmark in coastal living.



Designed by CDArchitects in collaboration with MXM Design Studio, this sculptural landmark draws on the fluidity of the coastline, pairing architectural elegance with the calm of a beachfront lifestyle.



Inspired by shifting sands and guided by the rhythm of the ocean, free-flowing interiors, sliding floor-to-ceiling glazing and deep balconies create a seamless connection between inside and out, inviting natural light, sea breezes and uninterrupted Pacific Ocean views.



The interiors are generous, light-filled sanctuaries layered in natural tones and textures. Through timeless materials, curated stone and warm timber, they achieve a harmonious balance of sophistication and tranquillity.



Private wellness spaces are crafted with the same intention. Spanning two levels, the resort-style amenity includes a swimming pool and communal terrace, along with a fully equipped gym, sauna and cold plunge for daily restoration.



Locations of this calibre are rare. The beach is at your doorstep, with Palm Beach’s dining, café and leisure offerings moments away, and Burleigh Heads and Tallebudgera Creek within effortless reach.



Early works on this Chanine Developments project have commenced, with completion anticipated for late 2027.
